We are living in times of systemic change across multiple layer that requires businesses and people to adopt, rethink, retool and become increasingly systemic. Having gone through my personal career transformation several times in my life, having built multiple global businesses and always used my curiosity, creativity and network to drive people and growth, this is now more valuable as at any point in time during the past decades.
As capital markets expert, executive leader, global facilitator, strategic thinking growth incubator and change agent, this is now the time to help people and enable businesses, to make impact, and thrive in the transition of capital markets and the general system change.
After making the journey from the charming town of Erstlingen in Germany to the bustling global stage of Capital Markets, I felt it was time for a change in early 2024. Leaving behind the large and comforting corporate environment of UBS Investment Bank was a big step. Now, I am dedicated to being an independent and trusted advisor to the Capital Markets transformation. My mission is to guide companies and individuals through their transitions, with a specific focus on Sustainable Finance, the Impact Economy, and the exciting shift towards a digitalised and tokenised Capital Markets infrastructure.
I now try to live by example on how to lead through the times of change, bridge the gaps between businesses and countries and walk the balance between work and life. A time that could not be any more exciting & rewarding. Reflected in the growth of people and businesses that I work with yet leads equally to my personal growth.
